Apple brought back the golden colour trend in the smartphone market by announcing the iPhone 5S in a champagne gold colour option. Manufacturers like HTC and Samsung followed Apple and announced gold versions of their flagship smartphones themselves.
Now it seems that another OEM has joined the bandwagon of golden coloured smartphones. According to an LG official from Taiwan, the company will be launching a golden coloured G2 in the country very soon. While this might be a late decision taken by LG, it could certainly boost some of the sales as the demand for gold version of flagship smartphones are rising.
